We will notify all applying vendors of their status by November 30, 2017 — if we have accepted the application, wait-listed the application, or declined the application.
Wait-listed vendors will be contacted in case of a vendor cancellation no later than April 15th, 2018.
Applications are considered in light of the entire event, and decisions are made taking the best interests of the event into account. Additional questions regarding vending may be directed to [email protected]
