Updated after Wicked Faire in February:

The Radisson is essentially sold out, with perhaps a few Friday night rooms remaining–that’s it.  If you want to stay at, or at least right near, the event hub, you’ll want to call the Embassy Suites. The Embassy Suites are across the parking lot and are offering entire suites, plus perks, for $99 per night.   The number is 732-980-0500. Let them know you are with the Steampunk group!

Rooms are $96 – and not only are they terribly nice rooms, but most rooms include full-sized Sleep Number beds. This is really quite amazing.  You also have microwaves, mini-fridges, and larger rooms have a pull-out couch!

The numbers to call are 1-800-395-7046 or (732) 980-0400. In either case, all you should need to do is tell them you’re there for the Steampunk World’s Fair and they will extend to you this wonderful price!

This is not a huge hotel, and rooms are fairly likely to sell out well in advance of the event.  Also, to be candid, it helps us in our negotiations with the hotel if they see that we have an early room pick-up.   So if you’re looking to get a room, we strongly suggest that you reserve sooner, rather than later.
