The waitlist for vendor application for The Steampunk World’s Fair 2017 is still open.
Applicants will be automatically added to the waitlist.
We will notify all applying vendors of their status by November 30, 2016 (life happens – sorry)–if we have accepted the application, wait-listed the application, or declined the application.
Wait-listed vendors will be contacted in case of a vendor cancellation no later than April 15th, 2017.
Applications are considered in light of the entire event, and decisions are made taking the best interests of the event into account. Given the number of applicants expected, acceptance is not guaranteed for any applicant.

2017 Vending Options
• Hotel Room Vending •
1st floor hotel room vending in high-traffic areas connected to event space. Both hotels. You are responsible for hotel fees in addition to your vending fee.
Vending fee: $350
• Indoor Booth Vending •
10 x 10 spaces in rooms which lock overnight, options in each hotel. Please note: These spaces are measured to be only 10 x 10. Plan your booth needs and merch layout accordingly.
Vending fee: $350-$1050 depending on location and number of booths
• Indoor Table Vending •
Six foot table space in the Embassy Hallway near the Embassy Stage. Very limited availability
Vending fee: $275
• Outdoor Booth Vending •
10 x 10 spaces in the outdoor Midway Events area, located in the closed side parking lot between both hotels. Near the Midway Stage and Busking Stage. Cement, not grass. Electricity is not available in the Midway (Generators are allowed).
10 x 10 spaces near the Radisson Courtyard Stage. Grass, not cement. Electricity may be available (not guaranteed).
Vendors are responsible for their own easy-ups, tents, and ways to secure such. Inclement weather is always a risk in the Outdoor areas. Please plan accordingly. We recommend that all vendors carry insurance for their wares.
Vending fee: $275 – $1100 depending on location and number of booths
• Food Truck •
The Radisson is allowing a limited number of food trucks on their property for SPWF.
Vending fee: $1050 The fee for food truck vending covers permits, hotel fee, and vending fee.
