PROVIDERS OF FINE COMESTIBLES AND POTABLES
Dryad TeaDryad Tea was born in February 2012 from the mind of tea aficionado and music lover, Rubiee Tallyn Hayes. At first, Rubiee’s goal was to bring amazing, musically inspired teas to everyone. But as the popularity of her teas grew, this goal expanded to include works of art, and literature as well.
The first line of teas was inspired by Pandora Celtica’s music, characters, and world. The second line went on to embody the characters of ‘The Keys of Kalijor’ series of novels by Paul Lell. In the future,Dryad Tea is looking to create tea lines inspired by other artists and their amazing works.
Dryad Tea’s goal is to have fun with tea, creating flavors and blends that may be unexpected, but never disappointing. Or ingredients are 98% organic, and though we strive to make it 100%, it is nearly impossible to get some ingredients organically. We strive to create the highest quality loose leaf tea blends while still adhering to our more “geeky” roots.
Dryad Tea is a one-woman operation, with the occasional press-ganged help when the need arises. Rubiee is very fond of using the “royal we” in talking about her work. She finds it makes her feel a lot less awkward to talk about things that way.
We are incredibly excited to be a part of The World’s Steampunk Fair, even if only by providing tea and attending in spirit.

Sponsorship Information for 2013
The Steampunk World’s Fair is the largest ticketed Steampunk in the world. It showcases, celebrates, and innovates Steampunk culture, community, music, arts, literature, gaming, dancing, and more – in both indoor and outdoor settings. We are returning to New Jersey for our fourth year, May 17th-19th, 2013.
The Steampunk World’s Fair is staffed by local Steampunk fans and geek-community event junkies, and organized by Widdershins LLC, an established event planning LLC formed in and based out of the NYC metro area. It is run by noted event developer Jeff Mach.
Featuring community guests, sideshow performances, guest speakers, workshops, discussions, vendors, a dedicated gaming room, costume contests and other competitions, film screenings, dinner theater, and 3 different stages to showcase the largest collection of steampunk musical performances at any event in the world, The Steampunk World’s Fair creates a festival environment which appeals to all ranges of Steampunk and geek-related interest. Our all-ages audience and our family-friendly appeal brought us over 4,000 attendees last year.
Key Facts and Statistics:
• In our first year, we became the largest Steampunk event in North America. Now in our fourth year, we are the largest ticketed Steampunk event in the world.
• We are fortunate to have developed an extremely enthusiastic and loyal following. (And we’d like to extend our thanks to that following!)
• Wide variety of attendees: teenagers, young adults, families, seniors; our welcoming take on Steampunk crosses barriers of gender, race, religion, orientation, education, and national origin. We believe (and have experienced!) that creative Steampunk can appeal to an fantastic and highly-engaged audience.
