The World’s Greatest Steampunk Festival!

What Is “The World’s Greatest Steampunk Festival”?

The World’s Greatest Steampunk Festival

May 17 – 19, 2013

When the World’s Fair started, there were many great Steampunk conventions, but few festivals. We were one of the first Steampunk festivals in the world.  We remain one of very few festivals – and, perhaps, the best.

Special note:  When we first wrote this, we were possibly the only major Steampunk festival in the US.  Now that there are more of us (in fact, there’s a Facebook community devoted to Steampunk festivals!) – we’re going to change our tune a bit and say we’re “one of the best Steampunk festivals in the world”.  We’d love to encourage more festivals!

What might make us one of the best?  It’s not simply the fact that we are, arguably, the largest event of this kind – we are filling two hotels! Both the Radisson and the Embassy Suites (Piscataway) are main hotels.

We have an unbelievable amount of entertainment, encompassing a diverse range and scope. For example, 2012 included, just to name a few -

As you can see, we offer a combination of unbelievably enormous variety and eclectic possibilities of activities for every taste, combined with our essentially ceaseless search for ways to push the envelopes of both Steampunk itself and events in general, coupled with our use of the best aspects of both indoor and outdoor events

…and, finally, presenting the entire event under one single, simple premise:  We wish to create unbelievable and unforgettable pleasure, camaraderie, friendship, and joy for each and every single person who walks into our event.

We look forward very, very much to seeing you there.  Welcome!  And welcome!  And welcome, again!
